Smoked Salmon & Avocado Baguette
Ingredients
1 Avocado, mashed
1 Baguette
½ Red Onion, sliced thinly
200g Fresh Smoked Salmon
50g Cream Cheese Spread
Lemon, squeezed
Instructions
Step 1:
Slice the baguette length ways.
Step 2:
Mash the avocado and sprinkle some lemon juice.
Step 3:
Spread the cream cheese on both sides of the baguette
Step 4:
Spread the avocado mix and the sliced onion.
Step 5:
Place the smoked salmon slices over the onion and close the baguette.
